All Flowy orders are carefully packed and dispatched directly from our warehouse in Australia. To keep things straightforward, all prices and shipping fees are displayed and processed in AUD.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as your lashes are on their way, we'll send a shipping confirmation complete with your tracking number so you can follow their journey.

Returns Policy
Returns within 30 days of delivery
For hygiene reasons, all Flowy lashes must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. We cannot accept returns on items that have been handled or applied.
When can I return?
- Change of mind (unopened only)
- Faulty or damaged items upon arrival

How to request a return

- Wait for our team to approve the request and provide shipping instructions.
- Once approved, send the items back via a trackable service.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.
Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your Flowy lashes. Exchanges are available for faulty or incorrect items, subject to current stock availability. If you change your mind, we may offer a refund or store credit instead to ensure you find your perfect match.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, we'll process your refund straight back to your original payment method in AUD. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
A quick note on shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item is confirmed faulty or we made a mistake with your order.
